Limited Label License

Our standard service provides iPSCs under a limited label license for research use only (RUO). Diagnostic
or therapeutic use of the iPSCs or their derivatives by the customer or by a direct or indirect
transferee is strictly prohibited. As a condition of sale,
customers agree to be bound by these restrictions and to bind any direct
or indirect transferee accordingly. Resale of the iPSCs or their derivatives is also prohibited without
the explicit written authorization of Cellular Reprogramming, Inc.
